Return Process

  Place the eyewear securely in its original Polaroid case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
