How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please note that prescription lenses may be subject to different terms.
Do your sunglasses come with a warranty?
Yes, all Polaroid Eyewear products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, lens scratches from daily use, or normal wear and tear.
How should I clean and maintain my Polaroid sunglasses?
To maintain lens clarity, always use the microfiber cleaning cloth provided with your purchase. Avoid using paper towels or household detergents, as these can damage the specialized polarized coating. Store them in their protective case when not in use.
